First Message Celebration of Life for Kevin KJV-Jubilee
Psalms 6:8-9 Depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity; for the LORD hath heard the voice of my weeping.
The LORD hath heard my supplication; the LORD will receive my prayer.
Ecclesiastes 7:11-14 Wisdom is good with an inheritance; and by it there is profit to them that see the sun.
For wisdom is a defense, and money is a defense; but the excellency of knowledge is, that wisdom giveth life to them that have it.
Consider the work of God; for who can make that straight, which he hath made crooked?
In the day of prosperity be joyful, but in the day of adversity consider; God also hath set the one over against the other, to the end that man should find nothing after him.
Faith and Humility
James 1:2-5 My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;
knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.
But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.
If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
