The Calling, the Chosen I (Roman Numeral)
The calling rises and not after the flesh, not the wise ones by fleshly means are counted by him (God), not those which are mighty by fleshly means either, not even the noble by fleshly means which are recognized and accepted by the world.
His eye passes unto the opposite, that which is a construction zone for a renewed mind becoming meek; for God chooses the foolish things, to confound the worldly that are counted wise, the weak for those which are counted mighty by the world. God takes the base, the lowly, and those despised, God chooses. Things that are nothing, to bring to nothing those that exist by worldly means.
Who could even stand glorying in their flesh before the living God the Father? It's not meet for his presence. But being in the Lord Jesus Christ, we find true wisdom from above; for he is made it unto us, true righteousness; for he is made it unto us, truly our sanctification; for our Lord is made it unto us. Our amazing true redemption, the Lord Jesus Christ is made it unto us by the Father God.
That we would not turn to the world except with the gospel of glorious light, when we turned away, we knew they drew not to the Lord being without knowledge of who he is. As we continue turning toward, the one and only, our Lord and Savior Jesus with all knowledge to be constructed by God. God will continue to choose from generation to generation, the foolish, the weak, the despised, those that are nothing in the world to confound the wise ones, the mighty, the noble. Being edified on the journey, and renewed we relish being built up with the Lord, confounding the worldly.
This occurs for his glory, which is true in his Son. That we would glory not by the flesh, but truly glory in him with the Spirit.
