🪨 GOD'S FOUNDATION REMAINS UNSHAKABLE 📖 2 Timothy 2:19 "Nevertheless, God's solid foundation stands firm... The Lord knows those who are his, and: 'Everyone who names the name of the Lord must turn away from wickedness.'" Faced with the false teachings that were troubling the Church, Paul reminds Timothy that God's truth remains unshakable. God knows his own and calls them to a life of holiness. Circumstances change, people may waver, the Christian vision becomes a mixed multitude, and confusion reigns among believers. But God's foundation never crumbles. Everything God has established and is doing will never fail. It will endure despite present deviations. The believer's assurance rests on a twofold truth: - God knows those who belong to Him, - Those who belong to Him demonstrate their faith through a life of holiness and piety. The grace that saved us is also the grace that transforms us. Therefore, let us not build our lives on the opinions or trends of the moment, but on the Word of God. Let us choose each day to turn away from what displeases the Lord and remain steadfast in the truth. O Lord, strengthen me on Your unshakable foundation.
