Have you ever heard someone say, "I'll forgive, but I'll never forget"?

Think about how God forgives us. He knows every sin we've ever committed, yet He chooses not to hold them against us anymore. That's a far greater picture of forgiveness than simply forgetting.

If Jesus has forgiven me, who am I to withhold forgiveness from someone else? After all, nothing anyone has done to me compares to what Christ has forgiven me.
