*Increased Greatness and Divine Comfort (St. James the Apostle Day)*
Scripture:
βThou shalt increase my greatness, and comfort me on every side.β β Psalm 71:21 (KJV).
Reflection β The Feast of St. James the Apostle.
Today, the Church celebrates St. James the Apostle, one of the first disciples called by our Lord Jesus Christ. St. James responded immediately to Christ's call, served faithfully, endured persecution courageously, and became the first of the twelve apostles to lay down his life as a martyr for the Gospel (Acts 12:1β2).
His life reminds us that those who faithfully follow Christ may face trials, but God ultimately exalts, strengthens, and comforts those who remain steadfast. As we honor his faithful witness, may we also receive grace to serve God with unwavering commitment and boldness.
*Prophetic Declaration:*
Today, I declare that the Lord shall increase my greatness and comfort me on every side. Every limitation that has hindered my growth is broken, and I step into a new season of divine enlargement, favor, and honor.
I declare that the grace that empowered St. James to remain faithful to Christ shall rest upon me. I receive fresh strength to stand for righteousness, boldness to proclaim the Gospel, and wisdom to fulfill God's purpose for my life without fear or compromise.
The Lord shall comfort me in every area where I have experienced pain, disappointment, loss, or delay. He shall replace sorrow with joy, weakness with strength, confusion with divine direction, and anxiety with His perfect peace.
I declare that my family, ministry, work, business, studies, and every good work of my hands shall experience supernatural increase. Doors of opportunity shall open before me, and I shall walk into divine favor that no one can shut.
Today, I receive the anointing for fruitfulness, perseverance, and victorious living. I shall not grow weary in doing good. The Lord shall establish me, preserve me from evil, and use my life to bring glory to His holy name.
I declare that this day shall be filled with divine comfort, supernatural breakthroughs, uncommon favor, and lasting testimonies. The Lord shall increase my greatness, surround me with His mercy, and establish me in His everlasting purpose. In Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
