READ WITH ME – DAY 5

Topic: Solid Food for the Mature

Key Verse:
"But solid food is for the mature, who by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish good from evil."
— Hebrews 5:14

Today's Reflection

Spiritual growth doesn't end when we become Christians—it continues as we study God's Word, obey His commands, and allow Him to transform our lives every day.

Just as mature people eat solid food, mature believers feed on the deeper truths of God's Word. Spiritual maturity comes through consistent learning, obedience, and daily practice. It is not achieved overnight but developed over time.

A mature Christian is able to distinguish between good and evil because God's Word has shaped their heart and mind. They choose what pleases God and strive to live according to His will.

God is calling you to maturity. Feed daily on His Word and grow into the person He has created you to be.

Today's Takeaway:
Spiritual maturity is not just knowing what is right; it is choosing to do what is right.

Prayer:
Lord, help me to grow into spiritual maturity. Teach me through Your Word, strengthen me to obey You, and give me discernment to choose what is right every day. Amen.
