Walk It Out! Living/Walking by Faith
Scripture:"For we walk by faith, not by sight." — II Corinthians 5:7 (KJV)
Heavenly Father,
Good morning, Lord! Thank You for waking us up to see another day. Thank You for the powerful Word You released into our hearts on yesterday. We refuse to be hearers only, but we choose to be doers of Your Word. As we begin this new week, help us to walk out our faith with courage, confidence, and complete dependence upon You.
Father, remind us that faith is not just something we talk about on Sunday—it is the way we live every day. When our eyes see obstacles, help our hearts see Your promises. Let every step we take this week be directed by Your Spirit and established by Your Word.
Lord, just as Jairus came to Jesus believing that You could change his impossible situation, help us to bring every burden, every concern, every dream, and every unanswered prayer before You.
1. Help Us to Approach You in Faith
Your Word declares that we can come boldly before Your throne of grace to obtain mercy and find grace in our time of need. Today we come with confidence, believing that You hear every prayer and that nothing is impossible with You. Strengthen our faith to ask boldly, trust completely, and expect Your divine intervention.
2. Help Us Be Ready to Wait on You
Father, teach us that waiting is never wasted when we are waiting on You. Give us patience when answers seem delayed. Keep us from becoming discouraged or giving up too soon. While we wait, deepen our faith, strengthen our character, and remind us that Your timing is always perfect.
3. Help Us Believe You Over People
Lord, silence every negative voice that contradicts Your promises. When others say, "It's over," help us remember that You always have the final word. We choose to believe Your report above every doctor's report, financial report, or discouraging opinion. Your promises are greater than our problems.
4. Surround Us with People of Faith
Father, place godly people in our lives who will encourage us, pray with us, and strengthen our faith. Remove every unhealthy influence that weakens our confidence in You. Connect us with believers who remind us that You are still working miracles today.
5. Help Us Separate Ourselves from Negativity
Lord, remove every spirit of fear, doubt, unbelief, gossip, complaining, and hopelessness from our hearts and our surroundings. Just as Jesus removed those who laughed in unbelief before performing the miracle, help us guard our minds and protect our faith from negativity. Fill our hearts with peace, hope, joy, and expectation.
6. Help Us Speak the Result Before We See It
Father, teach us to speak life instead of death, victory instead of defeat, healing instead of sickness, provision instead of lack, and faith instead of fear. We will declare what Your Word says, knowing that Your promises never fail. We thank You in advance for doors opening, chains breaking, prayers being answered, and miracles being manifested.
Lord, empower us this Monday to walk by faith in every decision, every conversation, every challenge, and every opportunity. Let our lives become living testimonies that You are still able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we ask or think.
May Your favor surround us like a shield. May Your peace guard our hearts. May Your wisdom guide our decisions. May Your strength sustain us. May Your Holy Spirit lead us every step of the way.
We thank You because this week belongs to You, and because You are with us, we already have the victory.
