THE RIGHTEOUS WILL PROSPER
Isaiah 3:10
"Say that the righteous shall prosper, for they shall eat the fruit of their works."
While Isaiah announces God's judgment on Judah because of its sin, he offers a word of hope to the faithful. In the midst of judgment, God distinguishes those who walk in righteousness and promises them His favor.
The prosperity of the righteous does not depend primarily on circumstances, but on God's own blessing. Those who remain faithful to the Lord never work in vain.
In His time, God will allow them to reap the fruit of their obedience, perseverance, and faithfulness. God's promises remain firm, even when the world goes through difficult times.
At the start of this week:
- Choose to remain faithful, even when it seems costly.
- Continue to sow righteousness, serve God faithfully, and do good. The Lord watches over your efforts and will cause you to bear lasting fruit.
May the Lord keep you in righteousness and faithfulness. May He make the work of your hands prosper and grant you to reap, in His time, the fruit of the seeds you have sown for His glory, in the name of Jesus.
