First, Lucifer was originally a beautiful creature reflecting the glory of God.
Second, he ruled over the earth from a land called Eden, which I believe was the capital of the old world.
Then tragedy struck! Lucifer tried to breach the heavenly dimension and seize the throne of God with one third of the angels!
This decision led to a cosmic catastrophe that brought cataclysmic repercussion to the old earth. Lucifer’s fall was like an asteroid hitting the planet. All of prehistoric life was destroyed. This fall was of monumental proportions. The earth became without form and void! - RON PHILLIPS
