Testimony
Praise the Lord!
My name is Pradeep Masih, and I am originally from Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. I was born into a
Hindu family and grew up worshiping idols, deeply rooted in traditional practices. Yet, despite
my devotion, my heart was restless. I felt an emptiness, a void that no amount of idol worship
could fill. My family and I faced immense challenges—spiritual attacks, sickness, and turmoil. Peace seemed unattainable. In 2002, when I was just 12 years old, I had a life-changing vision. I
saw myself walking alone on an empty road, overwhelmed by loneliness. Suddenly, the path was
filled with snakes, and I was terrified. I screamed and cried for help, but no one came. Just then, a powerful voice spoke to me: "Do not fear, I am here." As I searched for the source of this voice, I saw a radiant light approaching me. Two hands extended from the light, lifted me, and carried
me to safety. Though I didn’t share this vision with anyone at the time, it stayed with me. My
family continued to face challenges, and despite numerous rituals and offerings, nothing
changed. One day, my grandmother, who was a believer in Christ, encouraged us to visit a
church. Reluctantly, we went, and from the moment we stepped in, we felt a sense of peace and
welcome. During the sermon, the pastor shared a verse that pierced my heart: "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28)
In that moment, the vision I had years ago became clear—I realized the voice and the light were
of the Lord Jesus Christ, the one true God. We decided to follow Him and began attending
church regularly. As we grew in faith, God began transforming our lives. The burdens lifted, and
the storms calmed. In 2008, I made the decision to publicly declare my faith in Christ through
water baptism. My family followed, one by one, giving their lives to Jesus. From that day onward, the Lord has never let us down. He has been our rock, guide, and provider. I got married in 2015, and my wife and I are blessed with a beautiful daughter, Mercy Masih. Together we serve the
Lord doing church ministry with slums and village people sharing gospel among them. As we continue to serve the Lord, we humbly request your prayers. Thank you for standing with us in faith. May God bless you abundantly.
