WHAT IS YOUR DELILAH? WHO IS YOUR DELILAH?

"And she made him sleep upon her knees... and his strength went from him." — Judges 16:19 (KJV)

Delilah was not just a woman; she was the distraction that destroyed a destiny. Samson was anointed from birth, empowered by God, and feared by his enemies. Yet he lost everything because he refused to let go of the wrong relationship. What the Philistines could not achieve by force, Delilah accomplished through deception.

Today, many believers still have a "Delilah"—a sinful habit, ungodly relationship, worldly pleasure, secret addiction, or distraction that slowly drains their spiritual strength and pulls them away from Christ.

Ask yourself:

- Who or what is stealing your passion for God?
- What is replacing your prayer life, holiness, and devotion?
- What are you tolerating today that you once rejected?

Remember, sin blinds, binds, and eventually destroys (Judges 16:21). It will take you farther than you planned to go, keep you longer than you intended to stay, and cost you more than you were willing to pay.

What must you do?

Repent. Cut off every toxic relationship, sinful habit, and distraction. Guard your heart, for "Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life." (Proverbs 4:23, KJV).

Don't allow your Delilah to rob you of your calling, your anointing, your vision, or your eternity.

May the Lord give us the grace to pursue righteousness and remain faithful to the end, in Jesus Christ name. Amen.
