Calvary is extremely important to the plan of salvation, but if you stop there, it avails nothing. There are over twenty Scriptures that state the priest will make the atonement AFTER the lamb was slain.
When Jesus died on Calvary, He was not yet the High Priest; He was the Lamb. His work in Heaven’s Sanctuary is every bit as important for us now as Calvary.
