Monday Morning Prayer
DETERMINED FAITH!
Scripture: Mark 5:25–34 (KJV)
Heavenly Father,
This Monday morning we come before Your throne with grateful hearts, thanking You for waking us up clothed in Your mercy and surrounded by Your unfailing love. Thank You for carrying us through the weekend, for the powerful Word You have planted in our hearts, and for the opportunity to begin a brand-new week in Your presence. Your Word declares, "This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it" (Psalm 118:24).
Father, today we refuse to walk in fear, doubt, discouragement, or defeat. We choose to walk in determined faith—the kind of faith that refuses to quit, refuses to surrender, and refuses to give up until Your promises are fulfilled.
Lord, just as the woman with the issue of blood suffered for twelve long years, yet refused to let disappointment have the final word, teach us to have that same unwavering determination. She had every reason to quit, but she chose to believe. She had every excuse to stay where she was, but she pressed through the crowd until she reached Jesus.
Today, Father, let that same spirit of determination arise within us.
1. Lord, Help Us Make the Choice to Try Again
Father, there are those among us who have experienced setbacks, disappointments, unanswered prayers, broken dreams, financial struggles, family problems, health battles, and spiritual attacks. The enemy whispers that it is over, but Your Word declares there is hope.
Today, we choose life.
We choose faith over fear. We choose hope over despair. We choose obedience over compromise. We choose Your promises over our circumstances.
Your Word says:
"I have set before you life and death... therefore choose life." — Deuteronomy 30:19
And Joshua declared,
"Choose you this day whom ye will serve... but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord." — Joshua 24:15
Father, guard our hearts concerning what we listen to, who influences us, what we watch, and where we place our attention. Remove every negative voice that contradicts Your promises.
Surround us with people who strengthen our faith and draw us closer to Jesus.
Today we make the choice to trust You again.
2. Give Us the Strength to Press Through Every Obstacle
Lord, the woman had to press through the crowd despite her weakness.
Likewise, help us press through every obstacle before us.
When we're tired... Help us press.
When prayers seem delayed... Help us press.
When finances seem low... Help us press.
When sickness attacks our bodies... Help us press.
When anxiety tries to overwhelm us... Help us press.
When doors close... Help us press.
When the enemy tells us to quit... Help us press.
Your Word declares:
"Brethren... forgetting those things which are behind... I press toward the mark..." — Philippians 3:13–14
Father, help us release every painful memory.
Every failure.
Every betrayal.
Every regret.
Every missed opportunity.
Every word spoken against us.
We will not allow yesterday's pain to stop today's purpose.
Give us fresh strength to keep moving forward.
3. Let Our Mouth Speak Faith
Father, forgive us for every negative word we've spoken.
Forgive us for speaking defeat instead of victory.
Today we declare Your Word over our lives.
We confess:
"I am healed."
"I am more than a conqueror."
"My family shall be saved."
"My children belong to God."
"My finances are blessed."
"No weapon formed against me shall prosper."
"God will make a way."
"The best is yet to come."
Your Word says,
"Death and life are in the power of the tongue." — Proverbs 18:21
And Jesus declared,
"Whosoever shall say unto this mountain... and shall not doubt... he shall have whatsoever he saith." — Mark 11:22–23
Father, let our confession agree with Heaven.
May our words produce faith instead of fear.
Hope instead of hopelessness.
Victory instead of defeat.
4. Draw Us Into a Deeper Connection With Jesus
Father, we don't merely want religion.
We want relationship.
We don't want to simply attend church.
We want to touch Jesus.
Just as virtue flowed from Christ into the woman, let Your healing power flow into every area of our lives today.
Touch every sick body.
Touch every broken heart.
Touch every discouraged mind.
Touch every struggling marriage.
Touch every child who has wandered away.
Touch every caregiver who is weary.
Touch every unemployed person seeking work.
Touch every student returning to school.
Touch every ministry leader.
Touch every pastor.
Touch every missionary.
Touch every first responder.
Touch every healthcare worker.
Touch every teacher.
Touch every business owner.
Touch every family represented in this prayer.
Lord, let Your power flow where medicine has failed.
Where counseling has failed.
Where finances have failed.
Where people have failed.
Let Jesus be enough.
Father, We Declare This Monday
This week we will not quit.
We will not surrender.
We will not become discouraged.
We will walk by faith and not by sight.
We declare divine favor over every appointment.
Divine wisdom over every decision.
Divine protection over every mile traveled.
Divine provision over every financial need.
Divine healing over every sickness.
Divine peace over every anxious heart.
Divine restoration over every broken relationship.
Divine breakthroughs over every impossible situation.
We believe that every mountain will move.
Every chain will break.
Every door God has ordained will open.
Every attack of the enemy shall fail.
Every promise God has spoken shall come to pass.
Declaration of Determined Faith
Today I choose to try again.
Today I will press toward Jesus.
Today I will speak faith.
Today I will stay connected to Christ.
I refuse to quit.
I refuse to doubt.
I refuse to surrender.
I believe God is working even when I cannot see it.
I believe God is making a way where there seems to be no way.
I believe that what God has promised, He is faithful to perform.
Because my faith is in Jesus Christ, I declare that this week shall be filled with miracles, divine appointments, unexpected favor, supernatural provision, healing, restoration, peace, and victory.
For the same Savior who stopped for one determined woman is still stopping for those who reach for Him in faith today.
We receive it now, believing that our determined faith will be rewarded because You are faithful.
We ask all these things in the mighty, matchless, and powerful name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

• I will not quit until I receive what God has promised.
• This is my week of determined faith, supernatural breakthrough, and victorious living—in Jesus' Name! Amen.
