FULLY IN CHRIST
Colossians 2:10-11
You have been given fullness in Christ, who is the head over every power and authority. And in him you were also circumcised with a circumcision not performed by human hands…
The Apostle Paul reminds the believers in Colossae that Jesus Christ is fully God and that in him is everything necessary for salvation and spiritual life. Believers do not need to add anything else to be accepted by God.
In Christ, whoever believes has everything they need for our victory and growth, for he is the source of our identity and our ability.
Through his death and resurrection, he unleashed the power for inner transformation: it is no longer about an external change, but about a renewed heart that renounces the dominion of sin to live according to God through the Holy Spirit. Hallelujah! 🏼
Do not seek elsewhere what God has already given you in Christ. Draw near to him each day, abide in his Word, and let the Holy Spirit transform your heart.
True fullness True fulfillment is not found in the things of this world, but in a living communion with Jesus.
O Lord Jesus, thank you because in you I have everything in its fullness. Continue your work of transformation in me, so that I may live each day in the freedom and fullness you have given me. Amen.
