In the Church today, it is possible to possess knowledge, spiritual gifts, influence, and position, yet still lack love. However, the clearest evidence of true spiritual maturity is love.
That is why we are commanded to love God with all our hearts, to love our neighbors as ourselves, and even to love our enemies. Our love for one another is the greatest testimony that we truly know and follow Jesus Christ.
Knowledge may impress, gifts may attract, and positions may elevate, but love transforms lives, unites the Church, and glorifies God. With love, we overcome division, conquer hatred, and reflect the very nature of Christ.
