TURN YOUR EYES TO THE LORD 📖 Psalm 34:5-6 "I sought the Lord, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears. Those who look to him are radiant with joy; their faces are never covered with shame." David composed this psalm after being delivered by God from a life-threatening situation. He testifies that the Lord hears those who seek him and delivers them from their fears. Fear loses its power when our eyes are fixed on God. The more we focus on our circumstances, the more anxiety grows. But when we turn our eyes to the Lord, faith is reborn, peace fills our hearts, and hope is revived. God never leaves to shame those who put their trust in him. Today, choose to focus your gaze on God rather than on your difficulties. Seek His presence in prayer, rely on His Word, and let His peace replace your fears.
