*To deny ourselves, is to move out of our comfort zones* and labour to spread God's Kingdom. *Being disciples of Christ, we must carry our cross for the sake of The Gospel where we will encounter rejections, distress, allegations, trials, tribulations, and frustrations.* Amongst all this we deny ourselves and follow Jesus *by overcoming the world just as He did Amen (Mt 16:24, Jn 16:33)*
