Letting Go of Shame
Scripture (NKJV) “For I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more.” — Jeremiah 31:34

Reflection: Shame tries to convince you that you are defined by your past, but God speaks a different word over your life. He offers forgiveness that is complete, cleansing, and freeing. Shame keeps you stuck; grace sets you in motion. Recovery becomes possible when you stop carrying what God has already released.

Letting go of shame doesn’t mean pretending nothing happened. It means trusting that God’s mercy is stronger than your mistakes. You are not who you were — you are who God is shaping you to become.

Prayer: Father, help me release the shame that clings to my heart. Remind me that Your forgiveness is real and complete. Teach me to walk in the freedom You offer. Amen.
