Thinking of leadership. Jesus as a leader gave his mission to others. He came to seek and save the lost yet he gave his mission and assignment to others. You go into all the world and make disciples of all nations. you preach the gospel etc. Now this demonstrates amazing confidence in both himself and those who he had chosen. Can we as leaders follow this pattern? We should ask ourselves? Have I so much confidence in my team That i can hand my biggest assignment to others? If not what adjustments can I make. and how does this effect my legacy to come?
