Today's Reflection
Judges 15
Samson confronts the Philistines, and God gives him victory despite overwhelming opposition. His story reminds us that God can accomplish His purposes through unlikely circumstances, but we must also be careful not to allow anger and personal revenge to control our actions.
1 Peter 4
Peter calls believers to leave their former sinful ways and live according to God's will. We are encouraged to love deeply, serve others with the gifts God has given us, remain faithful during suffering, and glorify God through our lives.
Isaiah 25
Isaiah praises God for His faithfulness and salvation. He declares that God will ultimately defeat death, wipe away tears, and provide refuge for His people. It is a beautiful reminder that our hope is ultimately in God's eternal victory.
KEY VERSE
"Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins."
β 1 Peter 4:8
PRAYER
Heavenly Father, help us to live according to Your will and not according to our former ways. Teach us to love deeply, serve faithfully, and remain steadfast when we face difficulties. May we use every gift You have given us to bless others and bring glory to Your name. Thank You for being our refuge and our eternal hope. In Jesus' mighty name, Amen.
WE STUDY. WE PRAY. WE OBEY. WE GROW. UNTIL WE ARE TOTALLY TRANSFORMED.
TODAY'S CHALLENGE
Choose love over anger today. Look for an opportunity to serve someone with the gifts God has given you, and remember that your ultimate hope is in God's eternal salvation.
