Two weeks before Littleman’s birthday, I said goodbye to him—one of the most difficult moments of my life. On his special day, Hurricane Helene struck, devastating my home and deepening my grief. It has been a challenging journey of healing and rebuilding.
However, I am grateful to share that we have begun to turn that painful chapter behind us. The loss, the destruction, and the hardships are gradually giving way to blessings and new beginnings. In my heart, I knew it was time to open my home and my heart once again, and to welcome a new furry friend.
I prayed for a tiny teacup Chihuahua—a little bundle of love to bring joy and comfort back into my life. I am truly thankful to say that the Lord blessed me with Charlie, a sweet and gentle little guy.
