“just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love,”

You are not a leader by accident, you were chosen by God before the foundation of the world.
Now, the purpose of God chosing you is to be holy and blameless. This behaviour must be exhibited in the leader's life on a daily basis before God in love.
