One of the hardest things to do as a follower of Christ is to focus on the Word, and promises of our Father, during the times of struggles and battles.
The enemy will amplify negative thoughts about what we go through, we tend to give way to worry, when we find ourselves in a place where we actually have no control.
Yeshua is the Way, the Truth and the Life (John 14:6). Anything that creates doubt, worry and depression does not come from the Father, the Son, or Holy Spirit. Those things only come from one place, and that is satan.

(““You are the offspring of your father, the devil, and you serve your father very well, passionately carrying out his desires. He’s been a murderer right from the start! He never stood with the truth, for he’s full of nothing but lies—lying is his native tongue. He is a master of deception and the father of lies!”
‭‭John‬ ‭8‬:‭44‬ ‭TPT‬‬)

Let’s break this down to get a better understanding:
When you don’t know which way to turn in a situation, Yeshua is the way. When worry, doubt, and unbelief try to enter in; there are not from Yeshua, but rather from satan. He is a liar and there is no truth, what so ever in him. Yeshua is the living Word of Yahweh, and He IS TRUTH. The enemy is constantly creating lies in your thoughts, and truth has already been written, it’s forever settled in Heaven (Psalm 119:89). This is where the battle is fought; it’s for our focus. We either focus on the lies or the truth. Our natural tendency is geared to be motivated by the lies, because, that’s what we see in the natural. Our natural instinct is to believe the lies of satan, the one who has no power to change one thing about your life or situation.
Our minds must be renewed to focus on the truth of the Word (Romans 12:2). So, that when we see or hear a negative report or situation, that we immediately realize, the answer to our situation is found in the Word, not the lies in our thoughts.
When the battle ensues, you must go into prayer, and worship. You should prophesy what the Word says about you and who you are over yourself. As you do this, your strength will be renewed, and your outlook will begin to change, bringing peace to your situation.
When you find yourself in a battle; stop and determine where to place your focus. On the lies or on the truth.
Remember that as a son or daughter, you are loved by your Father, you have favor and you have faith in the assurance of the promises of truth.
