Almighty God, judge at the gates of heaven, I thank you for removing the sting from death and replacing it with a joy for life. I shall not fear my judgment day, for I am a believer in Your word. Forgive me for ever doubting what You have taught me, O Lord, and lead me away from the temptations of the flesh. I humbly ask these things according to Your will. Amen.
