Through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, we have been redeemed—our sin debt has been paid and forgiveness has been made available through His blood. This forgiveness is not something we earn through good works; it flows from the abundance of God’s grace. His grace is not given reluctantly or sparingly, but poured out generously upon those who trust in Christ. We could never earn redemption, so Jesus paid the price we could never pay.
