The Church Father’s - St. Basil, Athanasius, Augustine, Jerome, etc, were godly men; men whose shoe latchet I am not worthy to unloose. But Christian doctrine and truth did not, and does not, end with them as Catholic, Orthodox, Anglican, and certain Protestant denominations maintain.
God is still giving to the body of Christ insight and understanding in the Word of God.
