ABIDE IN CHRIST TO THE END 📖 1 John 2:28 "And now, dear children, remain in him, so that when he appears we may have confidence and not be ashamed before him at his coming." John urges believers to remain firmly attached to Christ in the face of false teachings and spiritual deceptions. He brings them back to the essentials: remaining in Jesus until his return. The Christian life is not just about starting with Christ, but about remaining in him. The seasons change, trials come, voices multiply, but those who remain in Christ keep their hearts in the truth. Our hope is not only to receive God's promises today; we also await Jesus' return with confidence. Abiding in him means continuing to believe, obey, and love his Word and walking in fellowship with him, even when no one is watching. Today's faithfulness prepares the way for the day we will see the King. Examine your walk with Christ: do you truly abide in Him, or only in Christian habits and church activities? Today, renew your commitment to Jesus. Nourish yourself with His Word, cultivate prayer, and reject anything that cools your communion with Him.
