The verse gives us a picture of a person whose heart is centered on God:
They respect God → they love His Word → they desire to obey Him → they experience the blessing of walking with Him.
So the verse is not saying, “Obey God and He will give you everything you want.”
It is saying, “A person who truly reverences God and loves His ways is living the kind of life that God calls blessed.”
