When God gives you an assignment, He also provides the grace and strength necessary to fulfil it. Valuable Lesson for Leaders 1. God Stands With the Leader He Calls When God calls you to a particular assignment, His presence goes with you. You may not always have people around you, but you can have the assurance that God is with you. 2. God Strengthens His Leader. There are responsibilities, difficult decisions, conflicts, and moments of discouragement. God knows your limitations, and He provides strength when your own strength is not enough. 3. God Uses His Leaders to Fulfil His Purpose God strengthens you because there is still work for you to do. Do not waste the strength God gives you by becoming distracted by opposition. Stay focused on the assignment He has entrusted to you. 4. God Delivers His Leaders The leader's journey may include dangerous and difficult situations, but God remains able to deliver. If God has called you, trust Him to strengthen you, use you, sustain you, and deliver you. He will take care of you as you faithfully fulfil His purpose.
