عن صلاه القلب يقول القديس بولس الرسول : من كان فرحا فليرتل . ولكن الصلاه اعظم من الترتيل ولها قوه فعاله ....... من وقت لاخر وانت فى عملك تقول فى قلبك ياربى يسوع المسيح ساعدنى . ياربى يسوع المسيح خلصنى . انا اسبحك ياربى يسوع المسيح .. لان اسم يسوع حلو ولذيذ وهو السيف الذى نعذب به اعداءنا ... عود نفسك على تلاوه هذه الالفاظ التى اذا قلتها بكل قلبك قامت مقام الصلاه ..

Regarding the prayer of the heart, Saint Paul the Apostle says: “Let him who is joyful sing psalms.” But prayer is greater than singing and has effective power… From time to time, while you are at work, say in your heart, “Lord Jesus Christ, help me. Lord Jesus Christ, save me.
