A WORD FOR YOU.
(Insights For Life)
Then said the Lord unto me, Thou hast well seen: for I will hasten my word to perform it. Jeremiah 1:12 KJV
YOU HAVE SEEN WELL?
Once again, until you see through God's Word, you cannot see well. And until you see well, God cannot perform it. Seeing, gives God something to work with, saying what you see, gives God something to start doing. You mustn't arrive at your future before you see it. You can see your future now, you can see the end of this tunnel now, you can see the end of all your challenges even now. May the Lord open your eyes.
However, the ability to see well, is determined by three factors:
1. Your Perspective. It is your viewpoint, outlook, or worldview. It is usually shaped over time by personal experiences, beliefs, culture, knowledge, values, and context.
2. Your Perception. This is how you sense and interpret informations and or situations in and around your life and environment. It is determined by your senses (sight, hearing, touch, taste, smell) and your ability to process datas. It is the ability to become aware of something and understanding it. Perspective view it and judge, perception sense it and judge. Your Perception shapes what you see and how you see things around you. Take a look at this scripture: 2 Kings 4:9-10 KJV
And she said unto her husband, Behold now, I PERCEIVE that this is an holy man of God, which passeth by us continually. [10] Let us make a little chamber, I pray thee...
How they see the man and their interactions with him changed the day they perceived he was a prophet. Your Perception shapes your vision and actions and your vision determines your provision.
3. Your Position. The third factor that determines what you see and how you see things is your position in life - where you stand. There's a way a CEO, a manager and a staff see the same organisation in which they work - their position is what makes the difference. Many times, when God wants to change a man's situation, He first change his position. God understands that your position can affect your vision and then limits his performance to you. God can bless you where you are, He can lift you right where you are. But to sustain and protect the blessing, you need a change of position. SO HE CHANGES YOUR POSITION BEFORE RELEASING THE PROVISION.
The Lord told Abraham, leave your father's house and I will bless you. At another time:
... he brought him forth abroad, and said, Look now toward heaven, and tell the stars, if thou be able to number them: and he said unto him, So shall thy seed be. Genesis 15:5.
God had to change Abraham's position before asking him to look. Sometimes your position is beyond your physical location. Do you want to see well? It takes your perspective (WORD-VIEW), your perception (REVELATION), and your position (STANDPOINT) in the Word that empowers God to perform. Pray: father help me, change my perspective, help me to perceive and keep standing on your word no matter what in Jesus precious name. Be blessed, Stay refreshed!
