Today, I Am Thankful for the BibleāOur Lifeline and Guide
Today, I am thankful for the Word of God. The Bible is more than just a bookāit is our lifeline, our instruction manual, and the truth we need to live a beautiful and successful life with God.
Iām thankful that when I feel lost, His Word gives me direction. When I am discouraged, it gives me hope. When I am hurting, it brings comfort. When I am wrong, it corrects me with love. When I am weak, it reminds me where my strength comes from.
Everything we need to know about how to live, love, forgive, pray, and follow Jesus is found in His Word. I hate that it took me so many years to truly understand how important the Bible is, but I thank God that He opened my eyes. Now I know that I donāt have to figure life out on my ownāGod has already given me His truth to guide my steps.
Lord, thank You for Your Word. Give me a greater hunger to read it, wisdom to understand it, and the courage to obey it. Let Your Word change my heart and lead my life every day. Thank You, Jesus!
