GOD'S WORD FOR THE DAY
“Return to God”
Hosea 12:6
“But you must return to your God; maintain love and justice, and wait for your God always.”
This is the Word of God. Hosea 12 calls God’s people to turn away from their self-reliance and return to Him. True repentance means not only turning from sin but also choosing to walk in mercy, justice, and faithful dependence on God.
We can easily become like Israel, trusting our own strength while slowly drifting away from God. But His invitation remains: return to Him, trust Him, and wait patiently for His guidance.
May God help us turn back to Him wholeheartedly, walk in righteousness, and depend on His strength every day. Amen.
