If we really stop and think of the majesty and the glory and the holiness of God then there can only be one conclusion. We are completely and utterly unworthy. But God saw fit to send Jesus to take our place and pay a debt that we cannot hope to pay. Nevertheless Christ paid our debt and intercedes for us continually before the father.
