On preaching 1 and 2 Samuel, up to this point David has done everything just as God wanted. He was in almost constant contact and always asked God if he should fight this battle. Now in chapter 11, David makes a slight change. Rather than running toward Goliath, the bear or the lion, all of Israel is out in a battle but David stays home! Really? When David made this change, Satan noticed and placed temptation in front of him, a naked women bathing on a roof. Are you drifting slowly away from what God's plans are? Have you deviated from the path? Be very careful because Satan is watching for such an opportunity. While he might not place a naked woman in front of you he will put your greatest temptation there. In the last days many will fall away. Be careful and keep prayed up.
