Calming the heart

God, my Creator, I come to You. I seek refuge in Your promises. I surrender my tired life to Your care.

**Forgive me, Father, for the times I let worry take over.** I regret letting daily stress steal Your peace. I allowed lies about being busy to silence Your wise counsel.

Give me wisdom to obey Your command to "quiet my soul." Fill my heart with Your strength. Let others see Your peace in me, even during hard times.

I praise You, Jesus, my comforter. In Jesus' name. Amen.
