Hebrews doesn’t leave room for a halfway gospel.
Jesus sat down because the work is finished. You’ve been sanctified, forgiven, perfected, and saved forever.
That’s the shock of Hebrews.
Religion keeps you rowing, striving to get closer to God. Grace says you’ve already arrived. You’re in Christ. You’re anchored by two unchangeable things: God and God.
Stop asking, “What if I fall? What if I fail? What if I’m not enough?”
Ask a better question: “What exactly has Jesus done for me?”
He became your High Priest, brought in a New Covenant, erased your sin record, and gave you a new heart.
This message is Hebrews' grand finale, and it announces one verdict: It is finished.
Now sit down with Jesus and enjoy what He accomplished.
