DAILY LEADERSHIP BOOST (DLB) TUESDAY 8 SEPTEMBER 2026 DON'T LIMIT THE POWER OF GOD “Ah Lord God! Behold, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and outstretched arm. There is nothing too hard for You.” Jeremiah 32:17 NKJV We serve a God who does not run out. He does not get tired. He does not need help to finish what He started. But the truth is, many of us limit Him. Not with our words, but with our thinking. We pray small prayers because we have big fears. We plan small because our past told us we cannot handle more. We look at our resources, our education, our connections, and we conclude, “This is as far as God can go with me.” That is unbelief dressed as wisdom. Psalm 78:41 _“Yes, again and again they tempted God, and limited the Holy One of Israel.”_ Israel limited God in the wilderness. They saw the Red Sea part, but doubted Him for water. They ate manna from heaven, but complained about meat. The problem was not God’s power. The problem was their perspective. Jesus faced the same thing in Nazareth. Mark 6:5-6 “Now He could do no mighty work there, except that He laid His hands on a few sick people and healed them. And He marveled because of their unbelief.” Unbelief is the only thing that ties the hands of God in your life. Leader, God is not limited by your bank account. He is not limited by the economy in Freetown. He is not limited by your family background, your age, or your mistakes. Ephesians 3:20 “Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us.” Don’t limit the power of God with small faith. Don’t limit Him with, _“It has never been done before.”_ Abraham was old. Moses had a speech problem. David was the youngest. God specializes in impossible. What area have you put God in a box? Your business? Your marriage? Your health? Your ministry? Take the lid off today. Remember: The same God who made the heavens and the earth lives in you. The same power that raised Christ from the dead is working in you. Romans 8:11 Stop negotiating with impossibility. You are the God of the impossible. Today I lift my eyes from my problems to Your power. I declare that nothing is too hard for You. Stretch my faith. Enlarge my vision. Do exceedingly abundantly above all I can ask or think. Let Your power be made perfect in my weakness. I believe You, and I trust You. In Jesus’ name, Amen. Now pray over it again, but this time pray as if you believe God can do it. Speak faith, not fear. Take one bold step of obedience today that requires God’s power.
