CUT IT OFF.

Jesus said something that should make every one of us stop and examine our lives:

“If thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out.”
— Matthew 5:29

Jesus was not telling you to mutilate your body.

He was showing you how seriously you should deal with sin.

If something keeps pulling you back into lust—cut off its access.

If certain people keep dragging you back into your old life—create distance.

If an environment keeps feeding your anger, addiction, pride, or compromise—walk away.

If your phone, your relationships, your entertainment, your habits, or your secret life keeps becoming a doorway to sin—close the door.

Stop asking God to deliver you while you keep returning to the thing He is telling you to leave.

You cannot keep feeding what you’re praying God will kill.

And this isn’t about becoming “good enough” to earn Heaven.

You need Jesus.

Salvation is by grace through faith—not by cleaning yourself up first.

But genuine faith produces repentance.

When Jesus saves you, He doesn’t call you to remain comfortable in the same chains He died to break.

You may stumble.

You may struggle.

You may have to fight.

But don’t make peace with the sin Jesus is calling you to surrender.

Repent.

Turn around.

Lay it down.

Cut off the access.

And run toward Christ.

Because eternity is real.

Judgment is real.

Hell is real.

And Jesus is real.

Don’t wait until you’re standing before Him wishing you had surrendered sooner.

Today is the day to examine your heart.

Are you following Jesus—or just calling yourself a Christian?

Are you actually walking with Him—or protecting the very things He is asking you to surrender?

Jesus is calling you home.

Come to Him. Repent. Believe the Gospel. Surrender your life to Christ.

He died for your sins.

He was buried.

He rose again.

And through Him, there is forgiveness, mercy, new life, and salvation.

Don’t just remove the temptation.
Give your whole life to Jesus.
