EXPLAINING THE TRINITY
To say God the Father and God the Son and God the Holy Spirit, is called ‘Tritheism’ that is NOT what we believe in. And confuses many and it’s considered heretical on a global scale.
So there is one God just ONE but IN God is Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, which are 3 Divine Persons in the Godhead. That’s how it’s explained; not God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit…because that’s going to confuse many people once again into what’s called Tritheism. That’s 3 totally separate Gods.
And you cannot say also, God turns into the Son and then the Son turns into the Holy Spirit and the Holy Spirit turns back into the Father, because that’s called Modalism. We do NOT believe that either because that is also heresy. Using the egg or shamrock or water illustration is underlined as Modalism. (Marcus Rogers and TD Jake’s are modalists as Jakes is a freemason).
I know a lot of Christians have explained it this way, but they are in error in how the Bible reveals God correctly. And it’s still difficult to grasp. Because if God was easy to understand or figure out in our 3lbs brain made with 75% water only can contain 3 million years of storage. He wouldn’t be God at all. This is why many care to say God is one ONLY. Which is heretical. This is why it’s heretical; because…
GOD is One in Being. 3 in person.
God is a description on WHAT He is. NOT WHO He is.
What He is: Omniscient. Omnipotent. Omnipresent.
Who He is: Father. Son. Spirit.
Again. Because you don’t listen.
GOD is ONE in Being/Essence. 3 in person!
If you don’t agree. It’s okay. This is how God revealed Himself to the world. Only you Muslims think this way along with modalists.
He is still 1 in 3 persons no matter how you devise it in your mind and heart.
