James 5:2 (MSG)..... *Your money is corrupt and your fine clothes stink.*
Money is good. Money is not bad at all, like many think or say. It is the love of money that is evil, not money. In fact, money answereth all things; that is what the Bible says. The rich rule over the poor; it is also in the Bible.
Without money, many visions will be frustrated. I can tell you of homes that have been broken because of the lack of money. Many ministers of the gospel and ministries have closed because of the lack of money. Many families have lost their glory because of a lack of money.
Children of God, money is good, but we must not be ignorant of the source of some money too just because we say it is good. This is why our theme scripture is warning us of chasing after corrupt money. An example is the money Judas was paid for betraying Christ. That one is corrupt, and it is called blood money.
How can you sell your child for money and still give God an offering? How can you steal from your church or from your man of God? How can you collect money gotten from prostitution? God help us.
Prayer:
I ask you for your mercy oh Lord, I cry for your mercy and I ask that your blood will wash me clean today in Jesus name. Amen.
