Heavenly Father, after hearing another teenager committed suicide this past weekend, our hearts are heavy with the growing number of youth who are taking their own lives. We come before You today, humbled and in need of Your intervention. We lift up all those young souls who are struggling with thoughts of ending their lives. We pray that You will pour Your love, peace, and strength into their hearts. Help them to see their worth and purpose in this world.

Lord, we also lift up the families and friends who are left behind in the wake of such tragedy. Bring them comfort and healing, and surround them with Your love. Give them the strength to support their loved ones and show them the hope and light that is found in You.

We pray for teachers, mentors, and all those in authority who interact with young people on a daily basis. Give them wisdom and discernment to recognize signs of distress and intervene with love and understanding. Help us all to be vigilant and to reach out to those who may be struggling.

Lord, we know that You are the giver of life, and only You can truly bring hope and healing to those who are hurting. May Your love and light shine brightly in the midst of their darkness. And may we, as a community, stand united in prayer. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
