1 Angelic testimony to the resurrection

And they entered in, and found not the body of the Lord Je'sus.

And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seek ye the living among the dead?

He is not here, but is risen; remember how he spake unto you when he was yet in Gal'i-lee,

Saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again.

They found the stone rolled away from the tomb,

but when they entered, they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus.

While they were puzzling over this, suddenly two men in radiant apparel stood beside them.

As the women bowed their faces to the terror, the two men asked them, "Why do you look for the living among the dead?

He is not here; He has risen! Remember how He told you while He was still in Galilee;

"The Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and on the third day rise again.'"
