*THE BREAKTHROUGH MESSAGE.*
Galatians 1:6 (KJV)..... *I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you INTO THE GRACE OF CHRIST UNTO ANOTHER GOSPEL.*
The word breakthrough is defined as any significant or sudden advance, development, achievement, or increase. A military movement or advance all the way through and beyond an enemy’s first line of defence.
I am not one who speaks evil of people’s lives or ministries or openly criticizes people’s preaching or teaching, but there is a gospel that crept into the body of Christ many years ago. It was a strange message, and it was among the many messages the so-called people who brought and preached the prosperity message brought, but the message doesn’t sound biblically correct.
The image people create when you talk about a breakthrough is one in which the person is in bondage and struggling to come out, and they use all manner of scripture to paint it. As a child of God and a believer in Christ, we ought not to be involved with such prayers.
Christ defeated hell for the believer, i.e., he broke through for you and me, and we ought not to be praying the prayers of breakthrough anymore. We are the product of Christ's breakthrough. We are the living testimony now.
What we should have is a BREAK FORTH and not a break through. We ought to walk effortlessly into our inheritance because Christ has made it possible for us. Hallelujah.
Prayer:
Amen I am your child and I thank you for making my life so beautiful. I refuse to struggle and it doesn’t matter the picture the devil brings my way, I refuse to accept them in Jesus name. Amen.
