If you are struggling in your finances, this is for you.

I’m going to share some truth right now. I only preach as to what I live and I choose to live what I preach.

Poverty and lack are spirits! I know some would say, it’s because we didn’t steward well over our finances, and I would agree with that.
The reality is that over 90% of people that deal with poverty and lack, it’s more than likely, self inflicted.
Does this mean you will have to suffer the consequences of your lack of stewardship, forever? The answer is no! If we make some Spiritual changes.
Let’s take a look at why we are in bondage to lack and poverty.

1. We’ve made things that we wanted in this life from this world, an idol (or god if you will). The Father said that we are to have no other gods, before Him (Exodus 20:3). How many times do we go after the things that we desire, that we don’t seek the Father for?

2. We chose to make bad decisions to obtain what we want. We’ve attempted to figure out the path for our lives, whatever it takes to achieve our desires. The Word in Proverbs 3:5-6 says to trust in the Lord (seek His will) with ALL OF OUR HEART, not to lean upon our own understanding; IN ALL OF YOUR WAYS, acknowledge (seek Him and His will) Him, and He (not self) will direct your path.

3. There are consequences to following self. Where do those ideas and opportunities, that lead us into lack and poverty, come from. Well, it’s not from the Father, so it must be us agreeing with the plans and schemes of the enemy. Then we get into financial bondage. Then we dwell on the problems that we created. If satan can distract you, by tempting you to focus on the results of your choices, he can keep you in bondage.

4. The Father has promised to supply ALL OF OUR NEED (Philippians 4:19), not all of our desires. The Father is aware of the end from the beginning (Isaiah 46:10). The Father knows what is good for us, and the things that will draw us away from Him. That’s why we should seek His desires for our lives. When His desires and our desires come into agreement, then we walk in freedom. That is why it’s important when you pray about anything, that you pray that His will be done and not yours.

So, I started this by saying that lack and poverty are spirits. They are sent to us to ultimately destroy our witness, and it’s we, that invite them into our lives, by our words that we speak, desires that we want and choices that we make.
There is good news! You’ve been given power and authority over ALL OF THE WORKS of the enemy (Luke 10:19). If you are dealing with lack and poverty in your life (or any other area that Satan is attacking you in), I suggest to get into a quite place. Begin to worship the Father, with a spirit of thanksgiving.
Then call out lack and poverty by name. Command them to bow to the Name of Yeshua. Tell them you recognize who they are, that the blood of Yeshua is against them. That you cancel out any assignment, plans, and schemes that they have brought against you. That you take authority over them in the Name of Yeshua according to Luke 10:19. That they are treaspassing in your life, then command them to go and not return. Send them to outer darkness, in the Name of Yeshua.
Once they are gone, it is important to Ask the Father to fill those areas that were vacated from those spirits.Seek the counsel and wisdom of the Father and those that walk in spiritual authority in your life. Begin to live according to His Word in obedience.
