*A KING IS BORN.*

Luke 2:9-11 (KJV)..... *And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid.*

[10] *And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.*

[11] *For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.*

All hail, the king Jesus. He is born today, and the whole world is celebrating the newborn king. Yes, I know there are some among us who are busy trying to discredit the celebration of the birth of Jesus, claiming he wasn’t born on this day and that this celebration is unto a particular god, but like Paul the Apostle said in:
Colossians 2:16 (KJV)..... *Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of AN HOLYDAY, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:*

Don’t let anyone trouble you with these things. Just remain focused and worship God in the beauty of his holiness. But did you notice he (Jesus) came from the lineage of David?
And who was David?

He was a king. In fact, one of the best kings of Israel. “The one in whom I am well pleased” because he came from the family tree of David, and this is why he is called “A KING,” and we came after him. Meaning that we are God’s beloved, and we are kings.

So, let his kings celebrate THE KING. Hallelujah.

Prayer:
Hallelujah, God I am grateful for the gift of your son. I thank you for allowing him to be born to serve the world. As we celebrate your birth today, I pray that the consciousness of it don’t leave the mind of men forever in Jesus name. Amen.

Bible Reference: Psalm 82: 1-8, Luke 2:1-20.

Wisdom Capsule:
Proverbs 2:1 (MSG)....... *Good friend, take to heart what I’m telling you; collect my counsels and guard them with your life.*
