“Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7 KJV
It isn’t uncommon to have worries and anxieties even as believers of God. We shouldn’t judge or condemn a brother or sister in Christ for having doubts because God does not look down on us when our faith is weak. Rather, He gives us His words and secures us in times of uncertainty.
As the opening scripture says, may you not be anxious about anything but pray to God and run to Him instead. Give Him thanks, focus on the things He has done, and then lay out all your concerns before Him. As promised, you shall have His peace in your heart and mind!
Heavenly Father, thank You, for I don’t have to worry about anything. I can run to You whenever I am anxious, for You are always there for me, never leaving or forsaking me in all life situations. I have Your peace that gives me clarity and stillness because I trust in You and Your Word in Jesus’ name. Amen.
