*THE LAW OF CONSISTENCY* .
Acts 6:4 (KJV)..... *But we will give ourselves CONTINUALLY to prayer, and to the ministry of the word.*
Consistency is one of the laws of mastery. It means that if you haven’t cultivated the law over a thing, you can’t claim to have mastery over that thing. We call someone a master over a thing simply because the person knows that thing, and that person is able to know and operate that thing because he or she has operated it consistently over the years.
You can’t do a thing once and be called a master. This is not how it is done. For you to command the encounter of the Spirit, you must be consistent with prayers and the word for more than 10 years.
I once listened to an interview with Minister Theophilus Sunday, and he was asked how many years it took him to come to terms with this singing pattern and to know this is the style and kind of song God would want from him, and he answered 16 years. Child of God, that is the power of consistency.

Oh righteous father, I thank you for this truth. I thank you for it has cut open a part of me and it is building me a fresh, but I ask that you help me to maintain consistency in you. Amen.
