In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. John 14:2 KJV

In a cozy house with a warm blanket, hot coffee in winter, the sound of children’s laughter in the living room, and a spouse preparing a delicious meal for the table, who wouldn’t feel loved and secure? It is natural that our home here on earth is our place of comfort and rest. But everything in this world is temporary, and even seasons change. A good home is not exempt from pain, struggles, hardships, and sleepless nights!

May we always fix our eyes on our true home, where Jesus and the Father are seated and where no eyes have seen, no ears have heard, and no mind has imagined the things that God has prepared for those who love him (1 Corinthians 2:9). Your true home is not in this world, but your permanent house is what Jesus Christ has prepared for you in our Father's mansion. Isn’t that exciting? Praise God!

Lord Jesus, thank You, for You have prepared a true home for us in the Father’s house. While I am thankful for my earthly home and all my loved ones here, may my eyes always be fixed on what’s eternal. You are my home in Jesus’ name. Amen.
