Some may think what I’m about to post, says that stepped off the deep end, with my journey in Christ.
Well yes, yes I have, and my desire is to go as deep as I can!

I’ve made a decision, (led by the Holy Spirit), not to use any social media platform to complain about anything or anyone, I’m not posting about negative things that I might be dealing with (not even my health issues).
These things are waisted, and empty words, the is no life in them (Prov 3:5-6). But most of all, they don’t glorify or honor the Father.
I’ve come to finally get it into the depths of my heart, that I don’t have any problem, negative situations or even health problems… NONE. Let me explain, don’t shut me down yet! if I have fully surrendered those things to the Father (only through the power of Holy Spirit), then they are not in my hands, but the Father’s. I don’t belong to me, and neither does anything taking place in my life.

If we say that we have surrendered our lives to the Father, and are still affected by, worry about, get depressed and distressed by, if we even concern ourselves about how we are going to deal with them at all, then we have not fully surrendered those things. As long as we let self be involved with them, then we in fact, hinder the Father being able to work them out.

Oh preacher, you don’t understand my situation. You should take a good look at things in my life! I may not understand your specific situation, but the Father does. And, here’s a little nugget for you; He’s the ONLY One who can fix your life. If you could do it, then you wouldn’t need Him.

Does all this make me more spiritual than you, or mean that I have arrived? No, no and no! It just means that I’ve got a revelation of surrender and the Father’s love for me.

How do I know that all of this, is not just a phase that I’m going through? Because, even as a preacher, I’ve still focused on my life and the problems, and things that I don’t have. There were times of heaviness, and dread while looking at my situations, even though I had great faith, it still heald me back from who I was created to be.

I can tell you (I really want to shout it!), I have never in my life, experienced the abundance of each part of the fruit of the Spirit, until now.
I have tasted pretty much, everything this world has to offer, and so much of the Father’s love also, but total and full surrender; there is never been anything, or ever will be, greater than what is taking place in my heart. This is freedom, and living the abundant life (John 10:10)!
